Time Management – Soft Skills and Outlook

This one day course combines classic principles of effective time management (a large part of personal effectiveness) with the application of those principles in a practical way, using Outlook as a tool.  The programme provides an opportunity for self-assessment, feedback and discussion and shows you how to use Outlook to increase your personal effectiveness and productivity.  This workshop will enable you to:

  • analyse how you spend your time on a daily/weekly basis
  • build an action plan to strengthen your time management
  • describe the classic principles of effective time management and the habits that make people successful at time and self-management
  • make planning and prioritising key behaviours on a daily basis
  • use Outlook as a tool to implement these practices and manage your workload throughout the week

Apprentice/Graduate IT Training

Organisations spend a lot of money on their IT systems.  There is an assumption that the youth of today are technically savvy and therefore can use Office software to the best advantage and the quickest methods.
