Automated performance management reporting
Requirement: While a new HR system was being implemented, HM Prison Services needed an interim MI reporting solution.
Solution: SJM Training worked with the Shared Service Centre to automate the creation of Management Information reports using Excel VBA from data downloaded from the new Oracle system. These reports were distributed to prisons on a daily and weekly basis. These reports were further automated to provide statistical analysis of Key Performance Targets and a Digital Dashboard for prison governors.
