Time Management – Soft Skills and Outlook
This one day course combines classic principles of effective time management (a large part of personal effectiveness) with the application of those principles in a practical way, using Outlook as a tool. The day provides an opportunity for self-assessment, feedback and discussion and shows you how to use Outlook to increase your personal effectiveness and productivity. This workshop will enable you to:
- analyse how you spend your time on a daily/weekly basis
- build an action plan to strengthen your time management
- describe the classic principles of effective time management and the habits that make people successful at time and self-management
- make planning and prioritising key behaviours on a daily basis
- use Outlook as a tool to implement these practices and manage your workload throughout the week
