Planning, delivery and evaluation of tailored MS Office training
Requirement: Implement proposals from the post-Barings Arthur Anderson report recommending improved IT skills for all staff.
Solution: SJM Training was contracted by the then Banking Supervision & Surveillance Division to provide supplementary training, consultancy and helpdesk support. The initial focus was to establish a set of core competencies for each job role, assess current skill levels and devise tailored course modules for Microsoft Office training. A training programme was planned, administered, delivered and evaluated.
