Design, development and delivery of training and user guides for a cloud based Learning Management System
Requirement: Experienced bespoke trainer with business analyst skills; bespoke course and user guide author.
Solution: In 2011, SJM Training began working with the team from Enterprise Study Ltd (ES), a company that provides its customers with a technology to transform learning for their business using ES's cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). SJM Training designed and developed training material on the LMS modules and delivers training courses to ES's new and existing customers. Sally was also responsible for writing the original User Guides for the LMS.
