Word template development

Requirement: Create a bespoke template to enable staff to produce reports more quickly and with consistent formatting.

Solution:  The Office of the Complaints Commissioner wanted to streamline the production of preliminary and final reports.  A template was created in Word that comprised a cover letter and a report page.  To ensure that the various levels of numbered paragraphs were quick to apply and robust throughout the report, list and paragraph styles were created and made easily available in a customised style gallery.  

A macro was provided to automate the steps to convert the preliminary report into a final version. A Quick Reference Guide was provided to help users become familiar with the template and initial phone support was available for three months.
