I was fortunate enough to find Sally through a LinkedIn search whilst looking for someone to help us with the development of some bespoke templates in Microsoft Word, and training for our staff on the use of the templates.
Sally worked with stakeholders within the business to scope out requirements for the templates, and did a great job of delivering what we needed. She was proactive in her approach, and wasn't afraid to challenge our thinking where she thought that we could do things better.
The training that Sally developed and delivered was excellent. As well as delivering the core content in an effective and engaging manner, she demonstrated the ability to think on her feet, and there was a great deal of "added value" arising from the training sessions, as delegates took advantage of the opportunity to extract additional learning from Sally on the use of Word more generally.
Following the face-to-face sessions, Sally delivered a series of on-line modules for later use within the business, which have been very well-received.
Throughout the project, Sally was positive, professional and proactive - an absolute pleasure to work with.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sally for IT training or development projects, and will almost certainly use her services again.
