SJM Training has been working with Enterprise Study since 2011. During this time Sally has designed and developed training materials and courses for all our products. She has also written our user guides – a huge challenge, given the complexity of our system and the lack of pre-existing documentation. She has approached these tasks with great energy, thoroughness and insight. I am delighted with the quality of her outputs, which she maintains as we amend and extend our functionality.
As well as writing all this material, she also delivers training sessions for us to new and existing clients. She is a highly accomplished trainer, engaging with the whole audience and ensuring everyone has a firm foundation from which they can begin using our products in their daily activities. More importantly, she goes beyond delivering the course, to understanding the affected processes in each client's business and suggesting appropriate best practices within the Enterprise Study solution, so they get maximum benefit and value from using our products.
